The SouthEast Primary HealthCare Network is working to improve the health status of the South East Queensland community.
In working toward this vision we aim to meet the special (and localized) health needs of groups (such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and those with non-English speaking backgrounds) or people with chronic conditions, particularly where those needs are not adequately addressed by the current health system.
