Doctors establishing themselves in a practice for the first time can find the task daunting, especially for those practitioners who have never worked in a general practice environment. SouthEast Primary HealthCare Network endeavours to make this experience more positive for new doctors by offering orientation and introduction to the world of General Practice and services offered by our network.
SouthEast Primary HealthCare Network covers over 290 general practitioners belonging to around 80 practices. SouthEast Primary HealthCare Network receives six monthly data from Central and Southern Queensland Training Consortium regarding placement of Registrars into General Practice, and through other networks, receives notification of new doctors commencing or changing practices. SouthEast Primary HealthCare Network monitors this changing trend as part of its commitment to addressing any needs general practitioners may have, and assisting with updated and current information from the State and Federal Government.
We make an appointment at your convenience for a one-on-one discussion to overview programs, illustrate the benefits of being involved with the network and how the network can provide assistance to not just doctors, but the business of general practice. Doctors are presented with a welcome pack, which contains a SouthEast Primary HealthCare brochure, newsletters, annual report and membership package information, with an information fax back for follow up by the appropriate Primary Care Liaison Officer.
