Do you have an interest in Chronic Disease & Self Management? If you do, then why not attend the Chronic Disease & Self Management Focus Group.

This innovative group meets quarterly to provide the opportunity to network and meet with Self Management organisations, support providers and other health professionals. The group shares information, discusses issues and promotes activities and initiatives to enhance the health of the Logan Beaudesert Community.

Key Stakeholders include Logan Beaudesert Health Coallition, The Australian Lung Foundation, Arthritis Qld, Blue Care, The Asthma Foundation Qld, Logan City Council, Griffith University, University Qld, Stroke Association and Qld Health, and many others.
