Dietitian antenatal workshop at Mater Mothers' Hospital

What does the session cover?
This workshop is designed to help your patients have the healthiest pregnancy possible. Encourage your patients to come along to learn about the latest about pregnancy nutrition, weight management, exercise, and other available support to help them reach their full potential during their pregnancy and beyond.

Who can attend?
The workshop is available only to women who will be having their baby at the Mater Mothers' Hospital (Public).

The workshop is facilitated by a Mater Mothers' Hospital Dietitian. It is best attended in early pregnancy (before 20 weeks), but will be a benefit at any time during pregnancy.

For women who are not birthing at the MMH or private patients there is an option for women to see a Specialist Maternal Health Dietitian at the Mater's Health and Wellness Clinic (http://wellnessclinic.mater.org.au/ or http://wellnessclinic.mater.org.au/contact/).

When are the classes?
The Classes are run morning, afternoon and evening.

What does it cost to attend?
Cost is free, but bookings are essential.
